Produce new and better user experiences for the internal products, a design system, and marketing websites. Work with product, technology, and marketing stakeholders to deliver improved UX and UI. Research and present user data to product owners.
Relevant achievements
Building a multi brand design system with other UX team members by working from Dialect and Material as the base. Simplified and restyled many components using local color and type styles.
Conducted an audit of the external facing National Indemnity website and presented to stakeholders with solutions about SEO, accessibility, UX, design, typography, and brand consistency. Some solutions were implemented with quick improvements to accessibility scores.
Built workflows and screens from a static UI into a responsive user experience in Figma for a redesigned product. Used components from a design system and helped drive page to page consistency.
Updated the product design of an application built in 2008 to work in a cloud environment by using a vendor's design system and collaborating with stakeholders.

Fusion Medical Staffing connects healthcare travelers to opportunities in the locations they've always dreamed of living. It is located in Omaha, Nebraska.
Created UX and UI solutions from discovery through delivery for Fusion Marketplace’s desktop and mobile website. Worked with product, technology, and marketing teams to give traveling healthcare workers a better experience when looking for jobs on our website.

Led a redesign of the homepage which included leading collaboration sessions with UX and Marketing sub-teams
Created a new user setup page which improved the process for travelers to search for jobs faster
Updated the application modal design to reduce decision fatigue and encourage travelers to attach a resume with their application
Renovated the blog listing page and individual blog pages for improved ease of use which included more features
Redesigned and updated the Skills Checklists interface and workflow to be less overwhelming to travelers and mobile friendly

Quantum Workplace is an employee engagement software company that is based in Omaha, Nebraska. Their mission is to equip workplaces with the smartest talent solutions so that they can grow and succeed.
Prior to me being hired, Quantum Workplace had freelanced their graphic design. I was the first and only Graphic Designer employed by the tech company.
Designed digital and print collateral, trade show displays, social graphics, interactive ebooks, and more. Managed the marketing website and was a liaison for employee brand questions.
